Terms of use

These terms apply to iluviapro.com and renaura.com (the "websites"), operated by Renaura Wellness Private Limited ("we", "us"). By using the websites or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the websites.

1. Information on the websites

We take care to keep the information on our websites accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you notice anything that needs correcting, write to brand@renaura.com and we will review it on priority. Please follow the directions and ingredient list on your pack. Information on the websites is general and is not medical advice. If you have a skin or scalp condition, see a doctor or dermatologist. Colours on screen may differ from the product.

2. Prices and orders

Prices are in Indian rupees and are the maximum retail price (MRP) or the offer price shown, inclusive of all taxes unless stated. Prices, offers and availability can change. An order is accepted when we dispatch it, and we may cancel or limit an order, for example if there is an error in the price or description, with a refund of any amount paid.

3. Professional products

ChitinX Amino Treatments are professional products. They are available exclusively at professional salons and are not sold on our retail website.

4. No resale online

Products bought from us are for your own use or, for registered salons, for use and sale in the salon. You must not resell our products online, including on marketplaces, social media shops and any website, without our written permission. We may refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

5. Your account and conduct

Give accurate details and keep your login private. Do not misuse the websites, copy or scrape them, upload harmful code, or break any law. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

6. Reviews and messages

If you post a review or send us content, you allow us to use it on our websites and marketing. It must be true, lawful and not offensive, and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content.

7. Intellectual property

The websites, content, names, logos and designs belong to Renaura Wellness Private Limited or its licensors. iluvia, ChitinX and LissLock are our marks. You may not use them without permission. Approved salons may use the brand assets under the salon terms.

8. Third-party links and tools

The websites may link to other sites and use third-party tools. We are not responsible for them.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the websites. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

If you are not satisfied with our reply. Level 1: contact@renaura.com, reply within 2 working days. Level 2, escalation: brand@renaura.com, reply within 4 working days. Level 3, Grievance Officer: Nishant Gupta, nishant@renaura.com, who acknowledges complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within one month.
